These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GlowMeter. By using GlowMeter, you agree to these Terms.

GlowMeter provides AI-powered cosmetic skin wellness insights, including estimated skin age, visible cosmetic concerns, skin type, routine ideas, product category suggestions, and progress tracking.

GlowMeter is for informational and wellness purposes only. GlowMeter does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.

Always seek a doctor's or qualified dermatologist's advice in addition to using GlowMeter and before making any medical decisions or changing a care plan. Do not ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information from GlowMeter.

GlowMeter uses artificial intelligence and image analysis. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or affected by lighting, image quality, makeup, camera angle, skin tone, device quality, and other factors. You are responsible for how you use the information provided by the app.

You agree to:

• provide only photos you have the right to use;
• use the app only for lawful purposes;
• not upload images of other people without their permission;
• not use the app for emergency, diagnostic, or treatment decisions;
• not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under your account. You may delete your account in the app.

GlowMeter may offer credits, subscriptions, or paid features. Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms.

Credits may be used for skin scans. If an analysis fails due to an app processing error, GlowMeter may refund the scan credit automatically.

Subscription cancellation and refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Your use of GlowMeter is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information, including face photos and third-party AI processing.

GlowMeter, including its design, software, branding, text, and features, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from GlowMeter without permission.

GlowMeter may use third-party services, including Google Gemini AI, Convex, RevenueCat, Apple, and authentication providers. Your use of the app may involve processing by these services as described in our Privacy Policy.

GlowMeter is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowMeter and its owners, developers, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on app results.

We may suspend or terminate access to GlowMeter if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide notice in the app or on our website.
